Why We Use The Pause Snatch
The Pause Snatch is a great tool to reinforce proper position at wherever you are pausing, and increasing force production from the area that you pause.
If you are someone who frequently misses the bar forward, or must step forward to save the bar, then this variation is a great way to drill proper position AND foot pressure.
