Strong From Home: Seated Dumbbell Z-Press
The Z-Press is a very challenging dumbbell press that can be done seated on a bench or chair, or to make it more challenging, from the ground.
A few point of performance: Keep your wrists over your elbows throughout., Keep dumbbells level, Stay upright throughout, and only press as far as possible without letting your traps shrug up.
As always, start with a moderately challenging set and rep scheme, then progressively add tempo, pauses, sets, reps, or weight each week.
