Strong From Home: Dumbbell Floor Press
The Dumbbell Floor Press is a great exercise to get a great chest and tricep pump. If you are limited on equipment, you may not have access to a a bench or barbell for bench press, so this option is the best substitute for horizontal pressing besides the push-up.
If you've got light dumbbells, you'll want to stay within the 15-25 rep range, or within the 8-12 rep range with a 3-5 second tempo down.
