Jerk Quick Fix
One of the most common issues I see in the transition from the clean to the jerk for beginners is what to do with the hands. Most athletes need to take their hands wider, but the real issue is the bar being too far back on the fingers for the athlete to effectively punch under the bar, while also putting unnecessary stress on the wrists. Instead, readjust the hands after the clean to a more full grip on the bar, with a slider wider grip, and you will see near immediate results.
