Strong From Home: Diamond Push-Up
The Diamond Push-Up is one of those push-up variations you've tried once, but haven't made a priority, so what better time than now? You've probably done a ton of push-ups lately, so spice it up with this variation, which targets the triceps more than a normal version.
Place your hands together and make diamond with your thumbs and pointer finger, then bring your chest to touch and come back up. This can also be performed from the knees as well.
As always, start with a moderately challenging set and rep scheme, then progressively add tempo, pauses, sets, reps, or weight each week.
