Introducing OlyStrong 2.0
I’m extremely excited to announce OlyStrong 2.0, our signature Olympic Weightlifting program, redesigned, and now including video review!
Don’t get me wrong, OlyStrong 1.0 was great, but the biggest thing it was missing was the team and community feel, not to mention having a coaches eye on your lifts never hurts!
OlyStrong 2.0 now includes:
Training Program Delivered Through TrainHeroic
3 or 5 days per week training sessions, with sessions last 60-90 minutes (or 120 mins if you rest like a powerlifter)
Structured warm ups: quit wasting time in the gym, get in get warm, get lifting.
Daily Accessory work: Stave off those nagging issues and build muscle while your at it!
Exercise demo videos: never guess if you’re doing your training correctly
Peaking for USAW Nationals and AO Finals: Programs will peak for athletes competing at either Youth, Junior, and Senior Nationals Week in July, as well as the American Open Finals in November!
Expert Coaching
Session coach notes on the goal of the session and how it fits into the bigger picture of the program (a smarter athlete is a better athlete)
Daily video review of your lifts! We all know that technique is one of the most important aspects of progressing in Olympic Weightlifting, so whether you are still learning the lifts, or an elite athlete, feedback will always help!
Athletes with competitive potential may be invited to join the elite competition team and train alongside other national and international level weightlifters!
