New Free Program: Fix Your Shitty Pull 4 Week Cycle
Introducing the first of our three new FREE programs! “Fix Your Shitty Pull” is a 4 week olympic weightlifting cycle designed to improve your pulling technique for the snatch and clean.
The program is only 4 days per week, and sessions are designed to last 60-90 mins. Making this perfect as a stand alone program, or it can be supplemental to some types of endurance or fitness training, as well as a great program for beginners to learn the olympic lifts!
It includes video demonstration of the exercises, and in depth points of performance to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly!
