The Goblet Bulgarian Split Squat is a great tool to develop single leg strength, and the goblet works in particular if you only have access to one dumbbell or something else that could be held under the chin.

The goblet style also recruits more upper back and chest if you squeeze the dumbbell, which challenges posture and position a little more than holding dumbbells at your side.
