The Hip Snatch+Snatch Complex is one of the most common complexes we use for lifters who have a hard time finishing vertical when pulling from the ground. Maybe its an issue with getting the bar to make contact with the hips, or not putting enough emphasis on driving up with the legs, but whatever that issue, this complex is designed to reinforce the hip position before pulling from the ground for the full lift.
