You can attend in one of two ways:
3-day camp (December 27th-29th)
Day pass (Any day or multiple days)
Prices:
Early Bird Registration (Closes Aug. 31st): $100
Registration (Ends Nov. 30th): $125
Late Registration (Ends Dec. 26th): $175
*Day to day training times may be subject to change, however the first and last workout are set and not likely to change.
The 3-day camp will kick off Friday, December 27th with an evening session at 6:30pm, then on Saturday we will have our morning session at 11am and evening session at 6pm, and the end of the camp will wrap up on Sunday the 29th with a workout at 11am!
FAQ
Is this camp ok for beginners?
While this camp is beginner friendly, the nature of double day workouts may be tough on the body. It is recommended you have experience with the olympic lifts. If you have not done the olympic lifts before, I would recommend attending a seminar first!
Is this camp open to all ages?
This camp is open to all ages, however it is recommended that attendees are 16+ with at least 1 year of olympic weightlifting experience. Some exceptions may be made. If you have any questions feel free to email me info@bigbendsc.com
Will there be meals provided?
As of right now we are planning to provide the Sunday cookout meal, however we may add more meals as we get closer to the event. Plan to bring/cook all other meals.
What should you bring with you?
We will be training twice a day most days, so bring enough clothes to train in, weightlifting shoes if you have them, and any other equipment needed to lift like thumb tape, and belts etc.
