Strong From Home: Walking Lunge

The Walking Lunge is probably a very common exercise you are seeing right now, but it definitely is effective for improving leg endurance, and developing strong glutes and hamstrings, as well as tendon strength!⁠ ⁠

A great goal is to be able to do 400m of walking lunges in one go, however if you're familiar with @corygfitness, you might have been doing that everyday for years!⁠ ⁠As always, start with a moderately challenging distance, and either add distance, weight, tempo, or pauses slowly over time.⁠ ⁠
