New Program Release! Olybuilding Is The Ultimate Olympic Weightlifting and BodyBuilding Program

I’m excited to announce that OlyBuilding, our new 8-week program is now live! This program is a combo program of Olympic Weightlifting and Bodybuilding that allows you to push both the weightlifting work AND bodybuilding work, without compromising either!

How Long Is It?

This program is an 8-week program, with 3 days per week of training. Each session should take about 60-90 mins.

What Equipment Will I Need?

This program as written ONLY requires a barbell, bumper plates, squat rack, and a cable machine. However, the program also includes a VERY detailed modification system, allowing you to modify each exercise based on needs, equipment availability, and goals!

Is This a Beginner Friendly Program?

This program was not written for pure beginners, however, if you are capable of analyzing your own technique in the snatch and clean & jerk, and can generally know how to fix it, then you will do well on this program. If not, I recommend checking out our WL101 Program!
