Is The Problem Your Training or Your Recovery?

Take a look at all the things you are doing for recovery, and ask yourself how much of that is necessary. Is needing to foam roll your IT Band before every workout actually necessary or do you think maybe the exercise your doing isn’t actually helping, but hurting? If you need a power drill with a lacrosse ball attachment to make your shoulders feel good, maybe you need to analyze what your doing and why.

If you aren’t first looking at your sleep quality, nutrition, and then quality of training, you probably don’t need the foam rollers and power drills. Fix your problems, don’t avoid them.
