New Program Announcement: Beginners Strength 3 & 5 Day Remote Program
We’ve been hard at work testing a new program, and we’re excited to announce that it is finally ready!
The Beginners Strength program is designed to teach the basics of strength, to anyone interested in learning. We’ve tested many methods out over time, and are really happy with the new method.
This program is available as a 3 day or 5 day option, with most workouts taking around 45 mins. Each workout is made with universally standard equipment available ta globo gyms, crossfit boxes, and mom and pop shops!
This program, along with all our remote programs includes video demonstration of warm ups, main exercises, and accessory exercises. this program also has built in progression in every aspect of the workout, from the warm up to the accessory exercises, you WILL make progress every workout!
