The Power Clean
The Power Clean is a great tool to help athletes produce and absorb force. If you are a weightlifter, this is great for learning how to decelerate quickly, which helps with lifters who tend to have a serious bar crash issue.
When performing a power clean, the goal is to catch the bar as high as possible, WITHOUT changing where your feet normally land. The only way you should miss a power clean is by going too low.
