At Home Exercise: Jumping Air Squat

The Jumping Air Squat is a great way to get a serious quad pump and get the heart rate going. Perform by placing the feet just outside of hips, squat down to bellow or at parallel depending on your mobility, then stand up and jump off the ground slightly. The jump does not need to be significant, in fact the smaller the jump, the better.
