Some Days You Have a Shovel...

One of the most motivating quotes I’ve heard about training comes from 10 year NFL Veteran and Owner of Power Athlete HQ and Johnnie WOD.

“Getting strong is like moving a pile of dirt. Some days you use a shovel and some days you use a spoon, but what’s important is you move some dirt.”

Not every day is going to be a great training day, in fact, most won’t be. Don’t let yourself get sucked into only training on days you feel like it. More often than not, you probably have something more than a spoon most days, so show up and move some dirt.
