No More Bloody Shins!

Here’s a quick tip I learned from Glenn Pendlay at my first weightlifting training camp.

When setting up for a lift, approach the bar and line the bottom of your shoelaces (toe end) with the barbell, then squat down to your set up position. This should make it so that the bar is in the perfect spot in relation to your shins. Close, but not touching.

If you find yourself scraping your shins, try this drill out!

Hopefully, you found this useful! If you’re interested in any of my coaching or programs, you can find them here! Otherwise, make sure to join my free discord to get access to form checks, weightlifting advice, and stay up to date on program launches, events, and other cool stuff!
