Grand Opening and Tallahassee Classic
This Memorial Day Weekend, Big Bend Strength and Conditioning is hosting our grand opening, and what better way than to lift some weights!
The event will be an Olympic Weightlifting meet where athletes will compete in the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, or both.
