Fix Your Timing with the Stop Clean

The Stop Clean is my answer to the argument between the benefits of the Power Clean versus the Clean.

The Stop Clean develops all the explosiveness and speed qualities of the power clean, while also developing strength through a full range of motion.

This is particularly useful for athletes who have timing issues in the clean. If you struggle with bar crash on a clean, this is a great exercise for you because it forces you to be more aware of where the bar is going to be when you go to receive the bar.
