Bottom/Top/Full Push-Ups
This Push-Up variation is great for getting a great pump in the chest and triceps. Get your hands just outside of shoulder width, with your hands just under your shoulders NOT in front. Tuck your elbows in throughout, then perform bottom half reps, then top half reps, then full range of motion reps.
