At Home Exercise: Clapping Push-Up

The Clapping Push-Up is a great way to spice up a nromal push-up while devolping explosiveness and speed!

Treat these like a normal Push-Up, with the hands just outside of the shoulders and directly under the shoulders NOT in front of them. AS you press up, come up as explosively as possible and clap at the top. These can be modified without clapping, but still trying to come up explosively, as well as modified to knee push-ups if knee-ded.
