Chicken Tacos

Take chicken thighs and place in ziploc bag or Tupperware, add entire bottle of marinade. I used Lucky’s Tequila Lime marinade. Place in fridge for anywhere from 40 mins to 24 hours depending how intense you want the flavor to be. 


Preheat oven to 350 and place chicken in Dutch oven along with all the leftover marinade, and let bake for 40 minutes. After the timer is done, get rid of some of the excess juices and place chicken and Dutch oven on burner at medium high heat and cook for 5-8 mins on each side. 


While chicken is cooking, preheat a pan to medium heat and warm your tortillas up for 30 seconds each side. Add spinach, onions, sour cream, and cheese or other toppings you would like and then add the chicken. Top with any hot sauces as desired and enjoy!
